Mandy & Tim got a new puppy last night! The kids were in bed before he arrived, so they saw him for the first time this morning. And quickly fell in love. Mand & Tim had to head out this morning. We love having them here to visit!
It snowed/rained today! Haze was SO EXCITED! Nora thought it was pretty neat too. (Notice that she is in her daily requested dress.)
After we dropped Haze off at school, we went on a quick grocery trip. Nora loved the new driving carts at Smith's! She missed her siblings though. She kept patting the seat next to her & saying, "Andie, sit you." ("Andlie, sit with you.") She continued to think the rain was neat-o.
Since we spent all morning running errands, we didn't have much time to eat lunch before we had to pick the kids up from school. So we packed Nora a lunch to go. She helped me. Notice that she kindly invited Anna & Elsa to join us.
I spent the day slaving in the kitchen so we could have Granny's homemade bread and homemade chicken noodle soup for dinner on this cold, rainy day. It was definitely worth it. Mmmmmmmm!
