Haze asked if he could "hold" Nora while she drank her morning milk. They sure are sweet and silly with each other lately.

Took another preschool pic of Haze today because he wore his other new shoes! He is loving preschool and we are SO THANKFUL.

While the big kids were at school, Nora got her very first real (in a salon) hair cut! She wasn't super thrilled about it. At all. She required the following items in order to comply: sitting on Mommy's lap (which required Mommy to be caped up), Netflix on Mommy's phone ("Word World"), a sucker, and a mannequin head to look at (she called it a "baby"). And then we were ready to begin.

It was totally worth it though because she came out of the chair with a new A-Line cut that looks adorable! (And also makes her look way older. Tears.)

When Hazer Man started preschool, we promised that he could have a new track if he would go without crying for three days. And he has been counting down ever since. He knew that today was the day! He came out with a grin & screaming, "Mom, I didn't cry and now I can have my track!" And he was right. We got the track out & put together and he was in little boy heaven. He LOVED it. (And hopefully he goes back to school on Tuesday even though there are no more tracks...) Yay, Hazey! Thanks for being a big boy at school!

Tonight was Back to School night at Andlie's school. While I was in her classroom listening to her teacher, I pulled her drawer out and found this gem:
Our kids are just the very best.
